Processing Time

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 4 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.

• Business Days: We process orders from Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Delivery Area: We currently deliver only within Kuwait.

• Delivery Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the products.

• Free Delivery: Orders above 30 KD are eligible for free delivery within Kuwait.

• Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location within Kuwait.

Order Tracking

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt is missed, we will contact you. After two failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned, and re-delivery fees may apply.
