Very pale yellow in colour with outstanding purple/black shoulder colours. Absolutely stunning to look at, these unique looking fruit range from 180 to 300g. The tomato flesh is fairly meaty whilst being juicy, sweet with a fruity flavour profile. This tomato is surprisingly good. Fruits begin to ripen about 80 days after transplant. An absolute pleasure to grow. When grown in full sunlight, they come alive with more intense colouration. You will experience variations of colours from very dark to a very pale yellow/white coupled with stunning purple anthocyanin splashes from the shoulders. Great on sandwiches, as garnish, salsa or as a fresh eating tomato.
